Everyone has a job to do. Having the right qualifications for the job you’re doing is very important. In real estate, agents have to be licensed and work within the limits of state law. Agents also have to be more than a resume.
When you’ve hired the Jane Campbell Team, you can rest assured that your needs are our top priority. We are compliant with all laws related to the home buying and selling in Middle Tennessee.
Here are some common questions I’ve gotten over the years as a real estate agent in Middle Tennessee…
- Why did you become a real estate agent?
I became an agent when I realized how much travel would be coming my way as a retail district manager. I also wanted to work closer to home after the birth of my first son.
- Why should I work with you?
Working with my team and me has its perks. We are your advocates because we know the value of home beyond the numbers. We also take pride in premier customer service and open communication. These are a priority for us because we can shoulder most of the stress associated with buying or selling a home.
- What do you do better than other real estate agents?
My team and I listen, learn, and watch the changes in the market to bring you the best options. We strive to keep open communication with you so we know what you want. We also share what you need to hear so that we can get you the best possible outcome.
Buyers should know my team and I are constantly connected to what listings are available. We keep plugged in with other agents so we can get you the best deal possible.
Sellers should know my team and I are always on top of the details and working with you to make your listing “show ready.”
- What process will you use to help me find the right home for my particular wants and needs?
For buyers, we start by working on your Home Wish List. After that meeting, I comb through available listings in the desired area. Then, we tour those listings and put in an offer on what you are most interested in.
For sellers, we start by assessing your timeline for selling. After that, my team and I work with you to get your home “show ready.” It’s worth mentioning, if you’re selling your house to buy another one, things will happen fast.
- What are the most common things that go wrong in a transaction and how would you handle them?
The most common issues with a real estate transaction are issues with expectations between buyers and sellers. The Jane Campbell Team promises personalized and open communication to avoid these issues.
- What are some mistakes that you think people make when buying their first home?
First-time home buyers are usually unaware of the process it takes to buy a home. They may not know how to get pre-approved by a lender or what is available at their price point.
- What other professionals do you suggest we work with and what are their credentials?
My team and I work with local companies and vendors with great customer service in nearly every sector.
- Can you provide me with references or testimonials from past clients?
